Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MantaScan (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use MantaScan for a business, you agree on behalf of that business and confirm you can bind it.

You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite. The account owner controls billing and membership for the business.

MantaScan is a paid service. Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe: Pro at $49 and Team at $200 per month, plus any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You can cancel anytime from Plan & Billing. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe.

Each plan includes monthly usage limits shown on the pricing page. Unused allowance does not roll over. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

MantaScan uses AI models and public web sources to find, summarize and score advertising. Results can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and performance figures come from third-party sources we don't control. Results are suggestions, not guarantees of outcomes. Review them before you spend money on them.

You keep ownership of what you upload (ads, contact lists, posts and business details) and give us permission to process it only to provide the Service.

You're responsible for your ads, emails and posts, including following advertising platform rules and laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and the TCPA. You may only email people who agreed to hear from you. Don't use competitors' trademarks or copyrighted creative without permission.

Don't use the Service to send spam, mislead people, break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or overload our systems, resell access, or scrape the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

The Service relies on providers including Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), Amazon Web Services (email), Vercel and Neon (hosting), and social platforms you choose to connect. Their terms also apply to how you use them.

You can delete your business at any time from Settings, which cancels billing and deletes its data. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or non-payment.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We're not liable for lost profits, revenue, data or ad spend, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
